THE HOUSE
The house is located on a plateau with spectacular views of the whole valley. It has a rustic and simple style. It has a total of 11 rooms (4 suites, 4 junior suites and 3 doubles) all perfectly equipped. There is also an interior patio, a spacious dining room, an old Majorcan kitchen where the organic breakfast with local products is served, a living room, a hall, a garden with an orchard and a swimming pool area.
THE HOUSE
It is settled on a high plateau with amazing views of the whole valley. The eleven rooms of the house are fully equipped in a simple and rustic style: 4 Suites, 4 Junior Suites and 3 doubles. Besides, there is a courtyard, a great dining-room, an ancient mallorquin kitchen where to enjoy our organic breakfast (local products), a living-room, a hall, a garden with a vegetable patch and a swimming pool.
THE FARM
It is located at the entrance of the village of Esporlas, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in a place considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Only 15 minutes from the centre of Palma, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Port D'Scanonge, the nearest cove, and 20 minutes from Banyalbufar.
Can Torna means "house of the one who returns", and as its name indicates it is a place where everyone who comes here returns. The enclave where the Agroturismo is situated has always been coveted by all the cultures that have conquered the island, from the Talayotic, Romans, Arabs and up to the present day with the Spanish. All these cultures have left their mark on the environment and these can be seen in the landscape of the island and in particular within the estate there are remains of hydraulic systems from the Arab Andalusian period.
THE LAND
We are at the entrance or Esporlas, a village in the middle of Tramuntana mountain range which was declared World heritage by UNESCO. This place is just within 15 minutes from Palma city center, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Port D'Scanonge and 20 minutes from Banyalbufar.
Can Torna means "the house of who returns" which is very accurate, as many people who visit us, come back. From Talayotics, Romans to Arabs... all the cultures that have conquered this land have left some of their richness here, as you may observe in the island landscapes, the Agrotourism and in our piece of land itself, where you can find an Arabian hydraulic system.
ENVIRONMENT
Very close to the Finca you can enjoy several alternatives. The nearest village is ESPORLES, which is only 5 minutes by car from the farmhouse and where you can find different restaurants and shops in the main street. The GR221 route is perfect for those who like trekking and panoramic views of the mountains. The nearest cove is the Port des Canonge where you can eat fresh fish, paella and other typical dishes of the area all year round, as well as swim in an uncrowded area with different options for diving.
Just 7 minutes away is LA GRANJA (www.lagranja.net), which is a 17th century house museum, an authentic living example of Mallorcan customs through the ages.
Other nearby villages are Valdemossa, Deiá and Soller.
Flora and fauna
For nature lovers, the area around Can Torna has a wide range of species.
ENVIRONMENT
There is plenty of cultural leisure in the area. The closest village is Esporles, within 5 minutes from Agrotourism by car. There you will find restaurants and shops in the main street. For those who love trekking, Ruta GR221 will provide them a spectacular experience through the mountain range. One of the closest beaches is Port des Canonge, where you may enjoy fresh fish, paella or many other typical Mediterranean dishes. There you will also have the chance to swim and dive far from crowds.
La Granja (www.lagranja.net) is a nearby house/museum from XVII century where you'll be shown the authentic and traditional Mallorquin way of life remaining through time.
Valdemosssa, Deiá and Soller are other villages in the area.

All our products are organic and many of them are handmade on the farm.
